DirPlay - supported files

The DirPlay functions can be used to browse through, or run, any kind of file.

The DirPlay category contains a set of functions designed to allow users to "Play" a series of computer files.

Any file supported on the PC used is valid. For example, you can set up a DirPlay with the ID "pictures" to browse your local collection of pictures, or "music" to play downloaded music, or "web news" to go through all your daily news websites. The advantage of using DirPlay is the ability to "browse" (I.e. go forward, back, etc) files of any type by specifying either "play lists" (a file listing the possible files) or simply directories/folders.
