Enable Windows Defaults

Allow Windows hotkey defaults (WIN+D, WIN+E, etc.) to run.

When enabled, you may use the following Windows default hotkeys:

Windows Key + D		Show/hide desktop
Windows Key + E		Open Windows Explorer
Windows Key + F		Open Find Files dialog
Windows Key + M		Minimize all windows
Windows Key + R		Open Run dialog
Windows Key + U		Open Utility Manager
Windows Key + V		Open Voice Tools
