Toggles between showing and hiding the client area of the active window.

Toggles between showing and hiding the client area of the active window. When the client area is hidden, only the top of the window is visible (the caption bar with the title and icons). This function is similar to the Override menu dbl-click.. setting - except you do not need to double-click on the window, and the expand/collapse is limited to the current window (only happens when you use the function, not every time you double-click on a window).
