The Recipients window of ScanInbox looks like this:
Below is an explanation of the various controls: Data Source This group of controls is used when you specify a file with multiple fields as a datasource. Note that all datasource files must use semicolon (';') as the separator. The fields must be specified using the configured field prefix and suffix (default '%'). Data File The full path and filename of the datasource file. [...] Browse button Click on this button to select the datasource file and automatically determine the data fields and name of the field containing the recipient email address. Data fields List of fields determined to be in the file. Address field The name of the field that contains the recipient email address. Recipients This group of controls is used to modify the list of recipients. [Refresh] Click on the Refresh button to reload the list of recipients from the datasource using the specified data fields and email field name. [Add] Click on the Add button to add a single recipient (you are prompted for the email address). [Remove] If a recipient is highlighted in the recipient list, this recipient is removed from the list. [Clear] Clear the recipient list. You can reload the list by clicking on the [Refresh] button. [Import] Click on the Import button to import from a simple text file with one email address per line. The datasource is automatically changed to reflect this. [Export] Click on the export button to save your current list of recipients to a text file with one recipient per line. [OK] Click on the OK button to save your changes and close the window. [CANCEL] Click on the close the window withouth selecting any recipients. |
