LogReader enables you to process and analyse your webserver logs.
If you have access to the log files being created on your webserver, you can import them into LogReader and create a compilation of log statistics. By default LogReader supports the Microsoft IIS and Apache log file formats, but the import and export features can be fully customized to handle your own input/output formats.
Once the files have been imported, you can perform detailed analysis of your users and their behaviour, and the stability of your website. You can export the raw, filtered or grouped data to a database, Microsoft Excel, Open Office or CSV/XML/HTML/custom text files.
You can create your own filters, and even group filters into a category for easy access. You can Group identical fields together by both the Y- and X-axis, for example to view the monthly pagehits for each page, sorted by the total, with individual columns for each day.
LogReader v1.0 was released in September 2002, and v2.0 was released in 2004. Please contact us if you have any comments on this software, or would like more information or a license.
