Upgrade of Material Safety Datasheet browser from old MS DOS (Pascal) program to Delphi 1.0 for Windows,
with component sharing across the DOS and Windows platforms.
Later upgraded to Delphi 4.0 for Windows 9x/NT with additional enhancements in searching,
printing and browsing.
Reports and search options were enhanced at a brief visit later.
The browser is sent to industry customers when purchasing paint, in accordance
with European safety regulations.
